Responsibilities
- Agent Recruitment: Identify, approach, and onboard at least one new agent in every village within the assigned sub‑district, ensuring a robust and geographically diverse network.
- Activation & Coaching: Guide agents to conduct a minimum of one small‑scale presentation each week—whether in a home, mushalla, or local coffee shop—to raise awareness about the Umrah program.
- Back‑up Support: Attend agents’ presentations, especially when prospects are serious or when the agent is newly recruited, providing credibility and answering detailed questions.
- Monitoring & Content Distribution: Disseminate daily promotional materials from the central office to agent groups, track leads, and submit regular growth reports.
- Consolidation & Coordination: Participate in the weekly national Zoom call, SALAM CONNECT, to share best practices, receive updates, and stay aligned with corporate strategy.
- Community Relationship Building: Foster trust with local religious leaders, community influencers, and potential pilgrims to strengthen the brand’s reputation.
- Data‑Driven Improvement: Analyze recruitment and conversion metrics, offering feedback to improve marketing collateral and training resources.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- All genders welcome; no age limit.
- No prior work experience required, though a passion for community service and travel is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire confidence in agents and pilgrims alike.
- Basic digital literacy: familiarity with destination marketing, digital marketing analysis, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Self‑discipline to work from home, a mosque, or any community venue with a flexible schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑14:00).
