Introduction
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales force as a Sales Motor (FMCG) – Penjualan Produk Konsumen. This role is perfect for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment and have a passion for delivering consumer goods directly to retailers and end‑customers. As a sales motor representative, you will be the face of our brand on the road, building relationships, driving product visibility, and achieving sales targets across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily route planning and visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and traditional stores to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to store owners and staff, ensuring proper shelf placement and merchandising standards.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and report emerging trends to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain accurate sales records, order forms, and customer feedback using handheld devices or paper logs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and incentive thresholds through proactive prospecting and upselling.
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing.
- Ensure timely delivery of product samples, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, product handling, and brand representation while operating your own motorcycle.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 19 years old; no upper age limit.
- All education levels are accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently in the field and handle physical demands of frequent travel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Resilience under pressure and a results‑driven mindset.
- Prior experience in FMCG sales or direct field sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Open to working both weekdays and Saturdays (Monday – Saturday, 07:30 – 17:00).
