Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Guest Dining Service team as Waiters. This role is ideal for energetic, well‑presented professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and are eager to deliver memorable dining experiences. The successful candidates will work closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to ensure seamless service from the moment guests are seated until they leave satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials with confidence.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate any special dietary requests to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guest needs, and respond swiftly to requests for refills, condiments, or additional items.
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage high‑volume periods, supporting one another to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Observe health and safety regulations, report any hazards, and adhere to food handling protocols.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to discuss service improvements and guest feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 27 years.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in food and beverage service (training will be provided for newcomers).
- Possession of a personal vehicle for reliable commute.
- Polished appearance, honest demeanor, and a friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work flexible hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
