Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper labeling of merchandise.
- Support promotional activities, such as product launches, discount events, and seasonal displays.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations, sharing workload and covering shifts as needed.
- Report any technical issues, stock discrepancies, or customer concerns to the store manager promptly.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with at least a junior high (SMP) background are also considered.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance: Neat, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Personal attributes: Honest, quick‑learning, proactive, and eager to acquire new skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and support a collective goal.
- Transportation: Own vehicle or reliable means to commute to the Cilacap location.
- Residency: Must reside in Cilacap or possess a valid Cilacap KTP (identity card).
- Technical skill: Familiarity with basic store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is advantageous.
