Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments securely.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and preparing replenishment orders.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
- Adhere to store policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene, especially in high‑traffic areas.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study to become a trusted advisor for shoppers.
- Support back‑of‑house tasks such as receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and preparing displays for upcoming promotions.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Willingness to wear a hijab (already wearing or open to adopting it).
- Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible work ethic.
- Strong team‑player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Residence within the designated work area (Domisili AREA PENEMPATAN).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly, customer‑oriented demeanor.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
