To support our growing network of distribution centers, we are seeking a diligent Staff Operasional Gudang dan Logistik who will ensure the smooth flow of inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and uphold the highest standards of warehouse safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of inbound goods using the company’s inventory management system.
- Store and organize items in designated locations, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outbound orders accurately and on schedule, coordinating with transportation partners as needed.
- Perform regular stock‑opname (physical inventory counts) and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, highlighting variances, shortages, and excesses.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free warehouse environment, conducting routine safety checks.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer‑service teams to fulfill internal and external requests promptly.
- Utilize Excel, POS, or dedicated warehouse applications to update inventory levels, track movements, and support forecasting.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Continuously propose process improvements to increase accuracy, reduce handling time, and lower operational costs.
Requirements
- Age: 20‑35 years; open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control roles.
- Religious observance: Muslim with commitment to performing the five daily prayers.
- Physical & mental fitness to handle manual tasks and sustain attention to detail.
- Core attributes: honesty, discipline, responsibility, meticulousness, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, stock‑opname procedures, and basic warehouse layout design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with POS or dedicated warehouse software (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
