Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cash‑loan financing products secured by motorbike or automobile BPKB, guiding customers through the application process.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns using social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain a pipeline of existing customers, offering repeat‑order incentives and cross‑selling additional financing solutions.
- Conduct face‑to‑face product presentations at retail locations, events, and community gatherings.
- Assist prospective borrowers with document preparation, ensuring compliance with internal risk and regulatory standards.
- Track daily sales activities, report performance metrics to the branch manager, and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials tailored to the local market.
- Provide excellent post‑sale service, addressing customer inquiries and fostering long‑term relationships.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively between online and offline activities.
- High adaptability, quick learning, and comfort using digital tools and social media platforms for promotion.
- Female gender, as specified by the role requirements.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
