Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and recruit potential UMKM (Micro‑Small Medium Enterprises) partners for Amartha’s financing programs.
- Conduct on‑site feasibility surveys, evaluate business viability, and prepare detailed recommendation reports for the credit committee.
- Organize and lead informational meetings and workshops that explain loan products, repayment schedules, and the benefits of partnering with Amartha.
- Provide continuous economic and operational coaching to partner owners, focusing on cash‑flow management, growth strategies, and compliance with loan terms.
- Manage the collection process, ensuring timely repayment of installments from group members or individual borrowers.
- Monitor field activities to guarantee adherence to Amartha’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partner “ibu mitra” (female entrepreneurs), acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards and submit field reports to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as product, risk, and customer support—to continuously improve the partner experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent credential.
- Age: 18–32 years old (must possess a valid KTP).
- Both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience are welcome; a passion for community development is essential.
- Own a motorbike and a valid SIM C for daily field travel.
- Key soft skills: honesty, meticulousness, strong communication abilities, resilience, and a hard‑working attitude.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions effectively, and handle sales‑related data.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry and digital financial services is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 20:00, with occasional weekend field visits if required.
