Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Dapur to join our dynamic culinary team. This position focuses on operational cooking and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including daily sanitization of countertops, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and store food items properly to minimize waste.
- Operate and clean kitchen appliances such as ovens, fryers, grills, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular self‑inspections.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing of dishes during peak service periods.
- Document daily production reports, noting any issues with equipment or ingredient shortages.
- Participate in routine deep‑cleaning cycles, including floor scrubbing, vent cleaning, and pest control measures.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new kitchen assistants, sharing best practices for food handling and sanitation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Age limit: Up to 35 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong personal qualities: friendly, disciplined, honest, and reliable.
- Must not be currently enrolled in full‑time education (college or school).
- Proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment and basic food preparation techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
