We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) to join the faculty of LPP Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah in Purwokerto. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive PJOK lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and incorporate Islamic principles.
- Conduct regular physical activities, sports drills, and health education sessions for students from elementary to secondary levels.
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations, written tests, and observational feedback, providing constructive guidance for improvement.
- Organize inter‑school competitions, intra‑class tournaments, and community health events to encourage student participation and school spirit.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate physical education concepts into other subject areas, supporting a holistic learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, equipment inventory, and safety inspections to ensure a secure learning environment.
- Lead extracurricular clubs such as athletics, martial arts, or wellness programs, fostering leadership and teamwork among students.
- Mentor students in personal fitness goals, offering individualized advice on nutrition, exercise, and overall well‑being.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school‑wide initiatives that promote the institution’s mission.
- Uphold and model Islamic etiquette, including the proper recitation of the Al‑Qur’an, and encourage students to embody these values in daily activities.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of application.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the school’s staffing policy.
- Proficiency in reading and reciting the Al‑Qur’an with proper tajwid.
- Demonstrated teaching ability and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent teamwork orientation and the capacity to collaborate effectively with peers, administrators, and parents.
- Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and a commitment to student development.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic computer literacy for lesson planning and record‑keeping.
