Introduction

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing network as Reseller or Agent in the Sumenep region. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales development, enjoy building relationships with customers, and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. As a key member of our distribution team, you will act as the bridge between our brand and end‑users, expanding market reach and driving revenue growth across Sumenep and its surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through direct outreach, networking events, and community activities.
  • Promote and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers, tailoring the pitch to local market needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the central sales and marketing teams to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of products while providing post‑sale support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to product offerings and promotional tactics.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, reporting on key metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies, brand standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, distribution, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Honesty, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Resilience under pressure and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
    • Sales development expertise, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
