Responsibilities

- Organize extracurricular activities, including language clubs, cultural festivals, and exchange programs, to deepen students’ immersion.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Uphold school policies regarding discipline, safety, and academic integrity while fostering a respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of Mandarin pedagogy, emerging technologies, and best teaching practices.
- Engage with parents and guardians through conferences and communication channels to discuss student progress and address concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mandarin, Chinese Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is highly preferred, though recent graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Proficiency with digital teaching tools, such as interactive whiteboards, online learning platforms, and language‑learning apps.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
