Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales visits to assigned retail stores and customers following a predefined daily route.
- Present and promote product features, benefits, and promotional offers to maximize customer interest and purchase intent.
- Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock placement, and coordinate replenishment to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Record all sales transactions promptly, update customer information, and submit detailed daily sales reports to the regional manager.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing updates to retail partners.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall market share growth.
- Identify market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to help shape future sales strategies.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No age limit; candidates of any age who demonstrate the required motivation are welcome.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of prior sales or field‑work experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Key skills: quick adaptation to changing routes, basic sales administration, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred, though daily transport allowance is provided.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Basic numeracy and literacy for accurate reporting and record‑keeping.
