Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans for students ranging from TK, SD, SMP, to SMA, aligning with national curriculum standards.
- Assess each learner’s strengths and areas for improvement through diagnostic tests, quizzes, and regular feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and learning outcomes for each student.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, providing updates on performance, addressing concerns, and recommending strategies for home support.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Prepare supplementary learning materials such as worksheets, flashcards, and interactive activities to reinforce concepts.
- Manage classroom discipline with patience and positivity, fostering a safe and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
- Adhere to the scheduled teaching hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible to occasional adjustments based on student needs.

Requirements
- Female candidate only.
