Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of regional sales teams to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill‑building workshops to enhance team competence in negotiation, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance departments to align promotional campaigns, pricing structures, and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended corrective actions.

Requirements
