Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding front‑of‑house service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments accurately.
  • Promote sales initiatives, upsell menu items, and recommend daily specials to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the dining area, kitchen, and bar.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order flow, address special dietary requests, and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food, beverage, and bar supplies, reporting shortages and assisting with stock replenishment.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and reporting of any incidents.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 30 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Basic numeracy for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Prior experience in sales, food service, or bar operations is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and a willingness to learn.
