Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Penjualan Toko Retail to join our dynamic sales team. This front‑line position is essential for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily operations in a fast‑paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive male professional, at least 19 years old, who thrives on teamwork, takes ownership of responsibilities, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Maintain optimal shelf presentation by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are up‑to‑date.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, report stock discrepancies, and assist in receiving and unloading new shipments.
- Perform basic calculations and budgeting tasks, such as daily sales reconciliation and cash drawer balancing.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and complaints, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards, including lifting and moving merchandise safely.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product trends, customer preferences, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Male, minimum age of 19 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Demonstrated responsibility and high initiative.
- Strong team‑player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of basic arithmetic and cash handling.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise safely.
- Proficiency in using retail management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
