Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a clear explanation of daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system and communicating any special dietary requirements to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and that each dish meets the guest’s expectations.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any additional guest requests in a timely manner.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with precision and honesty.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow front‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory checks for napkins, condiments, and other service items, reporting shortages to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, new service protocols, and hospitality best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and courteous attitude toward guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- Prior experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
