Responsibilities
- Install, test, and repair automotive lighting components, including headlamps, tail lamps, and auxiliary lights.
- Diagnose electrical faults in vehicle lighting circuits using multimeters and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance on engine, suspension, and brake systems under the guidance of senior mechanics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring tools are calibrated and stored properly.
- Document all service activities in the workshop management system, noting parts used and labor hours.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize work orders, share knowledge, and uphold safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of parts inventory, checking for stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings, offering suggestions to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical vocational training in automotive mechanics is a plus.
- Male candidates, ages 20‑35, who are honest, diligent, and responsible.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a commitment to adhering to workshop safety protocols.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems, especially lighting circuits.
- Prior experience in automotive repair is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, such as LED lighting, CAN‑bus diagnostics, and hybrid vehicle systems.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
