Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of doughs, breads, pastries, and cakes according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofing cabinets, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
- Assist in the development of new menu items by testing formulations and providing feedback on taste and production feasibility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to HACCP and local food‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the head baker, pastry chef, and fellow team members to meet daily production targets and special order deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Handle customer orders for on‑site consumption or takeaway, ensuring timely service and presentation standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions, document production logs, and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or related food‑production environment. Fresh graduates who have completed a formal training program in baking or pastry arts are also encouraged to apply.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and follow instructions precisely.
- Technical skills:
- Competence with commercial mixers, dough sheeters, and ovens.

- Soft skills: adaptability, attention to detail, a proactive attitude toward learning, and the capacity to maintain composure during peak service periods.
- Work schedule: Shifts run from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, with specific days communicated during the interview process.
