Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Agent Marketing Senior – Brand Strategy & Outreach to join our fast‑growing finance solutions team. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our brand and the market, leveraging a network of Marketing Agents (MAs) to expand our loan portfolio for both motorcycles (MotorKu) and automobiles (MobilKu). This role is field‑heavy, requiring strong analytical skills, excellent relationship‑building abilities, and a deep understanding of the 6C + 1P credit assessment framework. Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a robust network of Marketing Agents across Blitar and surrounding areas, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sales objectives.
- Conduct on‑site consumer surveys to gather financial data, verify documentation, and initiate new financing applications.
- Apply the 6C + 1P methodology (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy, Constraint, Purpose) to evaluate borrower eligibility and risk profile.
- Present tailored financing solutions—MotorKu or MobilKu—to prospective borrowers, clearly communicating terms, benefits, and repayment schedules.
- Achieve and exceed monthly booking quality targets, balancing volume with creditworthiness to protect the portfolio.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports on field activities, agent performance, and market insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with the brand strategy team to align outreach tactics with broader marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Marketing Agents, helping them improve prospecting techniques and customer service.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in consumer financing.
- Allocate approximately 80 % of working time to field operations and 20 % to office‑based analysis and planning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher diploma is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, banking account management, insurance, BPR, cooperative finance, or related fields. Experience in leasing is highly preferred.
- Valid Indonesian motorbike license (SIM C) and own a reliable motorcycle for field travel.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and familiarity with mobile data collection tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to assess creditworthiness using the 6C + 1P framework.
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to small groups and one‑on‑one meetings.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of the Blitar region, including local demographics, traffic patterns, and community networks.
