Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to the correct address and hand them to the designated recipient, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
- Record the status of each delivery in real‑time using the company’s mobile application, allowing supervisors to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Inspect parcels before departure and after delivery to confirm that they remain intact and undamaged throughout transit.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including route planning, safety checks, and documentation protocols.
- Protect sender and receiver information by handling labels and paperwork with confidentiality.
- Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments, issue receipts, and accurately reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Submit detailed delivery reports and any incident logs to the operations team before the end of the workday.
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition, performing routine checks on fuel, tires, lights, and brakes.
- Provide feedback on route efficiency and suggest improvements to optimize delivery times.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries about shipment status and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP).
- Active SIM C driver’s license.
- Own a reliable motorcycle suitable for daily deliveries.
- Smartphone (Android) with at least 3 GB RAM to run the delivery app.
- Familiarity with the Purwakarta area and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
