Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pemimpin Lantai Penempatan for our Kabupaten Bulungan (Sengkawit) location. This pivotal role will be part of the rapidly expanding Mie Gacoan family, a leading brand in the Food & Beverages (F&B) sector known for its innovative noodle concepts and vibrant dining experiences. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a diverse crew, and ensure that every guest receives the high‑quality service that defines our brand.
Responsibilities
- Execute crew duties across all stations—including server, kitchen, bar, and cashier—to maintain operational flexibility.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of crew members, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Manage restaurant inventory through regular stock‑opname, ensuring accurate control of raw materials and finished goods.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, guaranteeing compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, optimizing shift patterns to match peak traffic while respecting labor regulations.
- Lead onboarding and continuous training programs for new hires, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and service enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the restaurant and corporate headquarters, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with local health codes and brand guidelines.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and contribute ideas for menu innovation and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (any discipline) – D3/D4 also acceptable.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of motivating staff.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to complete a 3‑to‑6‑month training program at any Mie Gacoan outlet; accommodation, transportation, and living expenses will be fully covered by the company.
