Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Business Development to join our corporate headquarters in Central Jakarta. This role plays a pivotal part in translating marketing strategies into measurable results, supporting high‑visibility events, and delivering the data‑driven insights that guide our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable presenting findings to senior leadership as well as to external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute comprehensive reports on all marketing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to relevant departments.
- Calculate and reconcile incentive and reward payments for the marketing team, applying company policies and performance metrics with a high degree of precision.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, including the Annual Conference, by coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and supporting on‑site operations.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data sets required by the marketing team, providing actionable insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Support the compilation of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, gathering financial and non‑financial data, drafting narrative sections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, and external publications, translating complex information into clear visual storytelling.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, finance, and product development to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Continuously improve reporting processes by automating repetitive tasks using SQL queries and advanced Excel functions.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and senior management, communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities in a concise manner.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 degree in any discipline; preference given to candidates with a background in Information Systems or Management Informatics.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in business development, marketing analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to produce reports and presentations for an international audience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting in front of groups and collaborating within teams.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Personal Attributes: Male candidates up to 35 years of age, possessing a high level of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, based at the Central Jakarta office.
