We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Crew Dapur – Penanggung Jawab Persiapan Makanan to join our fast‑growing culinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. The successful candidate will work full‑time in a dynamic kitchen environment, collaborating closely with chefs, service staff, and management to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and arrange raw ingredients and pre‑cooked items according to daily production schedules.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
- Assist the head chef in executing menu items, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels of pantry staples, report shortages, and support stock‑taking activities.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils at the end of each shift, following the restaurant’s standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to streamline workflow, reduce waste, and meet service deadlines during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new recipes, cooking techniques, and health‑regulation updates.
- Provide feedback to management on process improvements, ingredient quality, and potential cost‑saving measures.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the brand positively to both customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Clean, tidy appearance with a focus on personal hygiene.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately.
- Full‑time availability, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic understanding of store management systems is a plus.
