Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Service Specialist – Client Relationship Management to join our growing team. This position is focused on building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients while delivering exceptional service that reflects our company’s commitment to quality and integrity. The role operates from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers the flexibility to work in a vibrant office environment while utilizing personal transportation for occasional off‑site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain detailed client records in the electronic archiving system, updating contact information, interaction history, and service outcomes.
  • Identify client needs, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to fulfill requests.
  • Resolve complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for deeper client loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow‑up calls to assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and suggest service improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic reports on client activity, service metrics, and trends for senior management review.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with product knowledge, industry standards, and best practices in customer relationship management.
  • Assist in the development of client‑focused communication materials, such as newsletters, FAQs, and service guides.
  • Coordinate on‑site visits or product demonstrations when required, leveraging personal transportation to meet clients in their preferred locations.
  • Support the administration of electronic document archives, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree preferred). Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
  • Must be a practicing Muslimah, reflecting the cultural and ethical standards of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Professional and attractive appearance that aligns with the company’s brand image.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for occasional client visits and field activities.
  • Strong administrative abilities, including experience with electronic filing systems and basic data entry.
