Introduction

The Admin Channeling Bisnis position based in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan, is a pivotal role within our fast‑growing financial services division. The incumbent will serve as the primary liaison between our Business Channeling partners and internal credit processing teams, ensuring that every loan application moves smoothly from order receipt to final approval. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual with at least one year of administrative experience in a banking or fintech environment, who thrives in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven setting.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, confirming receipt and validity.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all consumer and financing object data, ensuring accuracy before entry into the ACCTION system.
  • Enter order information received via dicicilaja into the system, adhering to data‑entry standards and confidentiality policies.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and customer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
  • Communicate credit decisions—approval or rejection—to customers promptly and professionally.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the SOC (Survey Operations Center) and track their progress.
  • Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales & Handling Center) to manage ongoing consumer orders, ensuring seamless hand‑offs.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date electronic archives of all documentation, supporting audit trails and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide timely reports on order status, processing times, and any bottlenecks to senior management.
  • Continuously propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, credit, or channeling roles within banking, fintech, or related industries.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with data‑entry systems, Microsoft Office, and basic database navigation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot data inconsistencies quickly.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality when handling personal and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact with customers, survey teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
