Introduction
The Manajer Cabang Group Lending Sambungmacan is a pivotal leadership position within our micro‑finance and small‑business lending division. Based in the vibrant Sambungmacan region, the Branch Manager will drive growth by promoting our product portfolio, fostering relationships with local communities, and ensuring that our branch operates efficiently and profitably. This role reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and works closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and lead product & company outreach initiatives at the sub‑district (kecamatan) and village (desa) levels to generate new loan leads.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules with partner groups and community representatives, ensuring all engagements align with the branch’s strategic plan.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of the branch’s sales and collection teams, providing real‑time feedback and corrective action when needed.
- Prepare daily forecasts of loan disbursement volumes, partner acquisition counts, and financing needs, and relay this information to senior management in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform periodic field monitoring of all registered borrower groups to verify compliance, loan usage, and repayment behavior.
- Compile comprehensive monthly branch reports that capture key performance indicators, risk metrics, and operational highlights.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan initiatives for the upcoming week.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, loan applications, and regulatory filings.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and presenting actionable recommendations to the regional office.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields are acceptable.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro‑finance, small‑business lending, or related banking services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, preferably in a branch or field‑sales environment.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, high discipline, and unwavering honesty.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic team leadership.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to remote villages.
