Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute photo shoots for product launches, corporate events, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Capture high‑quality images using a variety of cameras, lenses, and lighting setups, adapting to both studio and on‑location environments.
- Perform meticulous post‑production work in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, including color correction, retouching, compositing, and batch processing.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, tagging and archiving files for easy retrieval by cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and social media managers to create cohesive visual stories for websites, newsletters, social platforms, and print collateral.
- Stay current with emerging photography trends, equipment advancements, and software updates, recommending innovative techniques to keep the brand visually fresh.
- Ensure all visual content complies with legal standards, copyright regulations, and internal quality controls.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff or interns on camera handling, lighting fundamentals, and editing best practices.
- Assist in the upkeep and inventory management of camera gear, accessories, and studio equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: No maximum age restriction; all genders welcome.
- Prior experience: Entry‑level candidates (0+ years) are encouraged to apply; a strong portfolio demonstrating photography and editing skills is essential.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Demonstrated ability to work full‑time on‑site (WFO) with a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Excellent visual sense, composition skills, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and lens selection.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas.
- Strong time‑management abilities to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
