Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and client‑focused Financial Advisor to serve the entire Jawa Tengah region. In this role you will become the trusted financial planner for AXA Mandiri customers, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. You will operate from a Bank Mandiri branch, leveraging the strong brand presence of both institutions to build lasting relationships and drive growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individuals and small‑business clients.
  • Design and present customized insurance and wealth‑protection products that align with client goals.
  • Proactively market AXA Mandiri insurance portfolios through outbound calls, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Guide clients through the entire policy lifecycle, from application and underwriting to claim submission and resolution.
  • Handle claim inquiries and complaints with empathy, ensuring timely and accurate processing in coordination with the claims department.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes, product enhancements, and market trends in the Indonesian financial services sector.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities for senior management.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to continuously improve product expertise and advisory skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Age not exceeding 38 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • At least 1‑2 years of proven experience in the financial or insurance industry, with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium financial brand.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with tablets and mobile banking platforms is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative branch team.
