Introduction
The Karyawan Divisi Delangu – Operasional is a frontline position within a fast‑growing retail environment. This role is essential for delivering a welcoming shopping experience, ensuring the store’s visual presentation meets brand standards, and maintaining a clean, organized space for both customers and staff. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, the successful candidate will become a key member of the Delangu operational team, supporting daily store functions and contributing to overall sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing product information and resolving basic inquiries to enhance satisfaction.
- Assemble and install store fixtures such as cabinets, shelving units, and promotional displays, ensuring stability and aesthetic consistency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, back‑room, and customer areas, including regular sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
- Monitor inventory levels on the shop floor, restock items as needed, and communicate low‑stock alerts to the inventory manager.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives by arranging products according to planograms and seasonal themes.
- Operate the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system for transactions, returns, and exchanges while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the security team to prevent loss, report suspicious activity, and enforce store policies.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, sharing observations about customer trends and suggesting improvements to store layout.
- Assist in routine maintenance checks of equipment (e.g., lighting, display fixtures) and report any issues for timely repair.
- Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring emergency exits are clear and safety signage is visible at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old are encouraged to apply.

- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core Skills: Strong customer service orientation, basic carpentry or assembly ability, and familiarity with store management systems.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Communication: Good verbal Indonesian language skills; ability to interact courteously with a diverse customer base.
