Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pramuniaga Senior Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join our fast‑growing retail team. This senior sales associate will be the face of our consumer‑goods brand, driving revenue, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring that our store operations run smoothly. The role is based in a high‑traffic location and offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge that encourages repeat purchases.
- Maintain attractive and well‑stocked product displays, ensuring that promotional items are highlighted according to merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels using the store management system, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish shelves on time.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Prepare daily sales reports, analyze key performance indicators, and provide insights to store management for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices in customer engagement and product handling.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and merchandising departments to implement seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Unmarried status preferred, reflecting the company’s cultural considerations.
- At least 0 years of retail or sales experience; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Proficient in using a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and supporting colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to peak‑shopping periods.
