Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Retail Store Associate to join our team in the Parung and Bojongsari areas. The position focuses on sales and customer service within a motorbike spare‑part retail environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that customers and workshop technicians receive the right parts quickly and accurately, while upholding the highest standards of honesty and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on motorbike spare parts.
- Maintain an organized inventory, regularly checking stock levels and preparing parts required by both retail customers and on‑site mechanics.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s management system, ensuring proper documentation and receipt issuance.
- Collaborate closely with the workshop team to understand technical specifications and advise on part compatibility.
- Assist in receiving shipments, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, and updating inventory records.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of the store floor to keep displays clean, orderly, and appealing to shoppers.
- Provide after‑sales support, handling inquiries, returns, and warranty claims in a courteous manner.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share customer feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and safety procedures, especially when handling heavy or hazardous items.
- Travel between the Bojongsari and Parung locations as needed, ensuring consistent service standards across both sites.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the employer.
- Age: No maximum limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling store duties.
- Basic understanding of motorbike spare parts and their applications.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated traits of diligence, honesty, and discipline.
- Willingness to work the standard schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Flexibility to work at either the Bojongsari or Parung store locations.
- Familiarity with basic point‑of‑sale (POS) and inventory management systems is a plus.
