Introduction

Kredivo, a leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform in Indonesia, is expanding its footprint in the vibrant market of Palopo and surrounding regions. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Palopo. This role is the front‑line of our customer acquisition strategy, where you will introduce the convenience of Kredivo’s flexible payment solutions to merchants and end‑users, helping them enjoy seamless shopping experiences while driving the growth of our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential users and merchants, clearly explaining the benefits of using Kredivo as a payment method.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and convey key features through compelling storytelling and demonstrations.
  • Conduct on‑site presentations and live demos of the Kredivo app, highlighting its ease of use, security, and credit options.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step guidance on app installation and transaction processing.
  • Achieve daily sales and activation targets, and submit accurate activity reports to the regional manager.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure sustained product adoption.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offers and local consumer preferences, feeding insights back to the marketing team.
  • Participate in community events and promotional activities to raise brand awareness within the Palopo area.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Reside in Palopo or nearby districts, with a solid understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; fluency in English is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Android smartphones and basic digital tools (messaging apps, presentation software, CRM platforms).
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
  • Demonstrated soft skills: active listening, persuasive negotiation, problem‑solving, time management, and adaptability.
