We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista – Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Latte Profesional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, and specialty seasonal beverages, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with attention to safety and hygiene standards.
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service; recommend drinks, answer questions about bean origins, and handle special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular cleaning of equipment, counters, and seating areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; perform basic stock counts and notify management of re‑order needs.
- Handle cash transactions, process card payments, and accurately record sales using the POS system.
- Collaborate closely with teammates during peak hours, ensuring smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks, cash reconciliation, and securing the premises.
- Continuously develop barista skills through on‑the‑job training, coffee tastings, and industry workshops.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates should be physically capable of handling night‑shift duties.
- Experience: Open to both experienced baristas and fresh graduates (experience not mandatory).
- Availability for night shift work and flexible scheduling, including weekends.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to support colleagues during busy periods.
- Excellent hospitality mindset; courteous, patient, and attentive to customer needs.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Well‑groomed appearance, adhering to the company’s dress code and personal hygiene standards.
- Disciplined work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic barista skill set: knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and drink customization.
