Working Monday through Saturday, the successful candidate will help shape brand perception, drive lead generation, and support the growth of our property portfolio across Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives and target the property‑buyer segment.
- Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns—including digital, print, outdoor, and event‑based initiatives—to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Manage the creation of compelling content such as brochures, email newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts that highlight property features and value propositions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead, and return on investment (ROI), and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Coordinate and supervise external agencies, vendors, and freelance talent to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of promotional activities, from open house events to community outreach programs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in property marketing or a closely related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Strong closing abilities (“power closing”) and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic graphic design software is highly desirable.
