This role is the front‑line face of the company, responsible for welcoming prospective borrowers, guiding them through the loan application process, and maintaining ongoing relationships to drive repeat business. The position offers a full‑time schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to grow within a dynamic financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every visitor to the Adira branch, initiate a conversation, and accurately assess each prospect’s financing needs.
- Collect and verify all required documentation, explain repayment options, and calculate appropriate installment plans based on the borrower’s capacity and preferences.
- Submit completed applications to the Sales Officer, ensuring each qualified lead is recorded as a new customer entry.
- Utilize the company’s CRM database to conduct timely follow‑ups, re‑offer loan products, and nurture relationships with existing borrowers who have previously transacted with Adira.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Adira’s loan products, interest rates, promotional campaigns, and regulatory guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and underwriting teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the approval process.
- Prepare daily activity reports, track key performance indicators such as conversion rates, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations, handling sensitive personal data with confidentiality.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current on industry trends and enhance sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 45 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience: None required, though experience in retail, banking, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating borrower eligibility and repayment capacity.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with CRM or database tools.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
