Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Professional Kitchen Staff member with solid operational experience to join our fast‑paced culinary team. The successful candidate will work six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during the core hours of 08:00 – 17:00. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate, maintain, and safely clean all kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, performing regular sanitation checks and documenting compliance.
  • Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak periods and special events.
  • Assist in menu planning by suggesting improvements based on ingredient availability and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of tools, utensils, and raw ingredients.
  • Support the head chef in training new hires and sharing best practices for efficient workflow.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality by providing courteous assistance to front‑of‑house staff when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
  • Must be unmarried and not currently enrolled in any school or university program.
  • At least 0 + years of relevant kitchen experience; prior experience is strongly preferred.
  • Own reliable personal transportation for commuting and occasional off‑site catering assignments.
  • Demonstrated honesty, strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency in operating kitchen appliances and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to occasional schedule adjustments.
