In this full‑time, shift‑based role, you will be the frontline ambassador of AEON’s installment financing products, engaging shoppers in malls and partner stores, and helping them discover convenient, affordable credit solutions.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with a minimum of a high school diploma, a passion for sales, and the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse customer base. Responsibilities

  • Approach shoppers and visitors in malls and partner retail locations, providing clear and engaging information about AEON installment products.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations, presenting product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to prospective borrowers.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date with promotional offers, interest rates, and repayment options.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle.
  • Record daily sales activities and report results to the Area Leader (PIC) in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
  • Utilize a personal Android smartphone to input data, access digital tools, and communicate with the back‑office team.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to AEON’s brand standards while on the sales floor.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Age between 18 and 40 years, possessing a valid KTP and education certificate.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in retail or financial services.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers of all backgrounds.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to work full‑time on a rotating shift schedule (Monday‑Sunday, 10:00 – 18:00).
  • Own an Android smartphone for daily reporting and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to travel within Surabaya and surrounding areas; personal vehicle is an advantage.
