Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Marketing Perbankan to join our growing team in Medan. This pivotal role will focus on expanding our customer base, promoting a wide range of banking products, and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to present the bank’s suite of products, including savings accounts, loan packages, credit cards, and investment services.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) that align with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage cross‑selling, and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new offerings and translate technical features into customer‑friendly benefits.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demographics to refine outreach strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, product uptake, and customer retention.
- Participate in community events, seminars, and workshops to raise brand awareness and position the bank as a trusted financial partner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies during promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is a strong advantage.
- Age: 19‑35 years.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Residency in Medan or willingness to relocate to Medan.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools.
