Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Barista Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Non‑Kopi to join our vibrant café team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining product consistency, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee‑based drinks, teas, and specialty non‑coffee beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work station, including regular sanitization of tools and surfaces.
- Manage inventory levels of beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; notify supervisors of low stock and assist with restocking.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and adapt quickly to changing customer volume.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, completing daily checklists and reporting any concerns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with new drink trends, seasonal menu changes, and brewing techniques.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and equipment shutdown.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Age: Up to 30 years old (interpretation of “Maksimal 0 Tahun” as a placeholder; typical entry‑level range).
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar food‑service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
