Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
  • Explain menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor the dining room continuously, anticipate guest needs, and respond promptly to requests for refills, additional items, or special accommodations.
  • Maintain an immaculate table setting, including proper placement of cutlery, glassware, and linens, and ensure all stations are clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Handle payment transactions efficiently, process credit card authorizations, and provide detailed receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and concierge teams to coordinate service flow, manage large party logistics, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations, conducting regular checks of work areas and equipment.
  • Participate in pre‑service briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with menu changes, service techniques, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a polished appearance and professional conduct at all times, reflecting the brand image of a five‑star establishment.

Requirements

  • Age: Maximum 25 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Residence: Must reside in Sragen or nearby districts.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in fine‑dining or upscale F&B is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong interest in the hospitality and F&B sector, with a desire to grow within a luxury service environment.
  • Presentable appearance with a neat, well‑groomed uniform that aligns with five‑star standards.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities; able to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff, managers, and fellow servers.
  • Core personal attributes: honesty, discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Essential skills: proficient food and beverage service techniques, effective communication, active listening, and basic knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods or special events.
