Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end massive recruitment campaigns, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and post‑hire follow‑up.
- Maintain comprehensive HR administration, including employee documentation, contract management, and database updates.
- Oversee daily attendance tracking, coordinate payroll processing, and ensure timely BPJS (social security) reporting.
- Handle operational administration such as office inventory, asset management, and facility coordination.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand staffing needs, provide status updates, and resolve any service issues.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports that highlight recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and cost‑analysis.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR staff, promoting best practices in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Act as a weekend standby (Saturday and Sunday) to address urgent staffing or payroll matters, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Requirements
- Male candidate, age between 22 and 35 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for local travel.
- Current domicile in Penjaringan, North Jakarta (company provides mess accommodation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commitment to weekend standby duties as required.
