Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned villages and neighborhoods to engage with women entrepreneurs, assessing their business needs and providing personalized guidance.
- Deliver practical workshops on simple financial management, budgeting, disciplined savings, and loan repayment strategies.
- Facilitate group‑based financing arrangements, extending capital to clients without requiring collateral, while monitoring repayment cycles.
- Listen attentively to client concerns, identify obstacles, and collaborate with internal specialists to devise effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan disbursements, and progress reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Coordinate with local authorities, partner NGOs, and community leaders to maximize outreach and program visibility.
- Promote the organization’s values and services through community events, social gatherings, and local media.
- Provide feedback to senior management on program effectiveness, suggesting improvements based on field observations.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for social interaction and community building.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with solid organizational skills and the ability to adapt to varying field conditions.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work flexible hours as needed.
