We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Service Staff to join our bustling restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to any special dietary requests.
- Monitor tables throughout the service, replenish water glasses, and respond swiftly to additional guest needs.
- Process payments using POS systems, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other front‑of‑house team members to ensure seamless service flow.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation, wearing a neat and clean uniform at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell specials, desserts, and beverages, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
Requirements
- Gender: Female preferred, but all qualified candidates are welcome.
- Age: Minimum 17 years, maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Preferred study background: Culinary Arts or Food Service related programs.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality service is advantageous.
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Polished, tidy appearance and adherence to personal grooming standards.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate with diverse staff.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
