Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers by conducting door‑to‑door visits, community events, and referrals to promote Amartha’s capital‑access programs.
- Provide personalized economic counseling and continuous support to existing members, helping them manage cash flow, plan investments, and improve financial literacy.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment criteria, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate and execute the collection process, following up with borrowers to secure timely repayments while maintaining respectful and professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on prospect outreach, loan eligibility assessments, repayment status, and field observations using Amartha’s digital tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with the regional operations team to share market insights, suggest process improvements, and contribute to the development of localized financial products.
- Represent Amartha in community gatherings, local business forums, and training workshops, fostering trust and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.

- Possession of a personal motorbike or car to travel throughout the Cibeuteung Udik catchment area.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience and the physical stamina to work outdoors daily, often in varied weather conditions.
- Either fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in field sales, community outreach, micro‑finance, or related sectors.
- Basic digital literacy—comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Amartha’s internal apps for data entry and reporting.
