As a Financial Advisor (FA) stationed at a Bank Mandiri branch, you will become the trusted financial planner for AXA Mandiri’s retail customers, helping them navigate complex insurance and wealth‑management decisions. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for individual and small‑business clients.
- Design tailored insurance and protection solutions that align with each client’s risk profile and life goals.
- Present and market AXA Mandiri insurance products—including life, health, and pension plans—through consultative selling techniques.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, onboarding, policy issuance, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Assist clients with claim submissions, tracking, and resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards.
- Collaborate with branch staff, underwriting teams, and product specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product launches to provide informed advice.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to continuously improve product knowledge and advisory skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 38 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a client‑centric mindset and a polished, professional appearance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional after‑hours client meetings if required.
