Introduction
PT. Logistik Prima Indonesia is seeking a reliable and experienced Pengemudi Truk Fuso to join our expanding logistics operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes, supporting our commitment to on‑time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Operate Fuso trucks in accordance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
- Plan and follow optimal routes, taking into account road conditions, traffic patterns, and delivery schedules.
- Load and unload cargo safely, securing goods to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections of the vehicle, checking brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery receipts using company communication tools.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to confirm delivery times and address any issues that arise on the road.
- Adhere to prescribed work hours (05:00 – 14:00) and comply with any additional shift requirements as needed.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in transportation safety and security.
- Assist in minor vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil checks, tire pressure adjustments, and cleaning the cabin and exterior of the truck.
- Promote a positive company image by delivering excellent customer service and representing the brand professionally at each delivery point.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: Up to 45 years old.
- Driving License: Valid Indonesian Class B1 (SIM B1 Umum) or Class B2 (SIM B2 Umum).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience as a logistics or expedition driver, with a proven record of safe and timely deliveries.
- Skills:
- Proficient use of communication devices (radio, mobile phone, GPS).
- Strong understanding of transportation safety and security protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret route maps and navigation software.
- Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle loading/unloading tasks.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a clean driving record.
