We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Wardrobe to join our production team dedicated to creating unforgettable theatrical performances and special events. As the wardrobe coordinator, you will be the central hub for all costume-related activities, ensuring that every piece—from intricate period garments to modern stage attire—supports the artistic vision and runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive wardrobe schedule that aligns with rehearsal timelines, performance dates, and technical run‑throughs.
- Coordinate with costume designers, dressers, and production managers to source fabrics, accessories, and props, negotiating with vendors as needed.
- Oversee the acquisition, inventory, and storage of all costume pieces, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and preservation of delicate materials.
- Conduct fittings with actors and performers, providing alterations, adjustments, and quick repairs to guarantee a flawless on‑stage appearance.
- Manage a team of dressers and wardrobe assistants, delegating tasks, providing training, and fostering a collaborative, respectful work culture.
- Prepare detailed costume reports, track usage, and handle the budgeting for wardrobe purchases, rentals, and maintenance.
- Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards for costume handling, including proper cleaning, storage, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate closely with lighting, set, and makeup departments to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Maintain clear communication channels with production staff, updating them on any wardrobe-related issues or changes promptly.
- Support post‑production activities, including inventory audits, garment restoration, and archiving for future reference.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan) – as stipulated by the production’s specific casting requirements.
- Maximum age: 27 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and an ability to visualize how costumes contribute to narrative.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative in a high‑energy environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service skills (Keterampilan Pelayanan Makanan dan Minuman) to support backstage catering logistics when required.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional evenings or weekends during peak production periods.
- Organizational talent, including proficiency with inventory management tools and basic budgeting.
