Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor Outlet Cabang Rantau Prapat to lead our kitchen crew at a bustling restaurant outlet. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, guaranteeing the highest standards of food quality and safety, and driving a cohesive, high‑performing team. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of supervisory experience, a solid grasp of HACCP principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to both dine‑in and online customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all kitchen processes – from order preparation to final plating – run smoothly in accordance with established SOPs for both dine‑in and delivery services.
  • Maintain consistent taste, hygiene, and visual presentation of every menu item, upholding the brand’s culinary standards.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule the kitchen and service crew, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular stock opname, monitor inventory levels, and manage food‑cost controls to optimize operational expenses.
  • Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery.
  • Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and inventory status for senior management review.
  • Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols, with a strong preference for HACCP‑certified practices.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast supply needs and negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing.
  • Drive menu innovation by providing feedback from the floor and suggesting improvements based on customer trends.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role or a comparable position.
  • Proven knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards (HACCP is highly preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and meet tight service deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
